Among these gems is the coffee from the Koke washing station, a family-owned facility that has been offering top-quality coffees since its establishment in 2011.

Processing Method: Washed

The Koke washing station employs the washed processing method, a technique known for enhancing the clarity and brightness of the coffee’s flavors. In this method, the coffee cherries are de-pulped to remove the outer fruit layer, then fermented to break down the mucilage, and finally washed with water to leave clean, green beans. This meticulous process ensures a crisp and vibrant cup, allowing the true characteristics of the Yirgacheffe beans to shine.
